PLEASE READ THESE CAREFULLY

DESPATCH

Items ordered will be despatched within 24 hours of a payment clearing. This translates to:

  • 24 hrs after Payment cleared into Braemar Gifts PayPal account
  • 24 hrs after Cheque payments clearing in bank account (usually 3 days to clear)
  • 24 hrs after Postal Orders clearing in bank account

Despatch will be delayed if:

  • The order is lost during transit by surface or electronic mail
  • The payment is incorrect (including incorrect postage)
  • The full delivery address including postcode is incorrect
  • The email address provided is not valid or redundant
  • Incorrect shipping costs have been selected during checkout and the delivery address does not match with the shipping type destination chosen

POSTAGE/SHIPPING

Items are normally despatched using standard mail postage (1st Class). Should you require an enhanced delivery service you MUST contact Braemar Gifts prior to sending the order OR include instructions specifying enhanced postage requirements eg. Recorded Delivery. Enhanced delivery must be added to your postage/shipping amount before you pay. Non-payment of additional postage/shipping charges may result in the item(s) being issued by standard mail or the order being delayed.

COSTS - OTHER

Please ensure that when ordering, the information entered is correct. This is applicable for billing and shipping address detail and all email addresses. If a customer enters address or email address details incorrectly and additional cost is then incurred by Braemar Gifts in contacting the customer, we reserve the right to pass these additional costs on to the customer.

ITEMS - BATTERIES

Every watch and clock will be issued with a spare battery. The items are all switched on when they arrive from our supplier and we have no indication of how long they have been running. The spare battery supplied can be used when the watch/clock is exhausted.

ITEMS - FAULTY

All items are checked on arrival from our suppliers for quality and working condition.

Should you receive an item that is not working (this excludes exhausted batteries) or that is damaged, the faulty item will be exhanged or monies refunded within 28 days of purchase and upon return of the item to Braemar Gifts.

You are allowed 5 days grace to check the item upon arrival for faults or damage (excluding exhausted batteries). You should then make every effort to contact Braemar Gifts to report the fault.

Not reporting the fault within 5 days of receiving the item(s) will invalidate the 28 days return policy and the item(s) will not be returnable nor will a refund or exchange be available.

Please note the following in relation to return of items:

  • Items cannot be returned after 28 days from the purchase date
  • Items cannot be returned for any other reason than being faulty
  • If the 5 day fault reporting period has elapsed then items reported after that date will not be returnable
